Shareholder

Robert is a shareholder in Alexander CPA LLC, an accounting firm specializing in economic damages analysis and related expert witness testimony, and business valuation.

He is a former partner and firm-wide director of fraud, forensic and litigation services for HORNE LLP. Robert joined HORNE in 1994 after spending ten years in Memphis with an international accounting firm. He has been qualified as a financial expert in federal and state courts and testifies frequently. Robert has represented both plaintiffs and defendants and has testified in bench and jury trials. He has experience in more than a hundred different industries. Robert also has extensive business valuation experience in both litigation and non-litigation settings.

Robert is an Accredited Senior Appraiser and is Accredited in Business Valuation and Certified in Financial Forensics by the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts. He is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the states of Mississippi, Tennessee, and Alabama. Robert is a graduate of the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Accountancy.

Alexander โ€œSandyโ€ is the principal of Alexander R. Cohen, CPA LLC, a boutique consulting practice providing expert forensic accounting, consulting, and valuation services to businesses, attorneys, and high-net-worth individuals. Sandy began working with Robert Alexander in 2018.

Sandy has been designated as Certified in Financial Forensics and Accredited in Business Valuation by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in Louisiana. Sandy earned a Bachelor of Science from Tulane University where he studied marketing and management. He completed post-baccalaureate accounting studies at the University of New Orleans.
